How we work
Firstly, we’ll arrange a complimentary consultation to get an understanding of how you imagine your wedding day and develop ideas that reflect you as a couple and your individual style. From this consultation we will be able to put together a proposal that covers all the areas discussed, together with costs.
We can then create a design board of ideas and colours to establish a theme, before contacting our suppliers and booking a venue. All our suppliers are hand-picked for each event to ensure that they are right for you in terms of style and budget. All suppliers will be given a copy of the design board and will work closely with us to ensure the best possible overall effect.
It’s important for us to keep in regular contact with you both by phone and email. We’ll also hold regular review meetings so you are kept fully involved with the decision-making process and how the preparations are developing. All arrangements will be checked and confirmed in writing with the suppliers and we’ll visit the venue to work out all the little details. We’ll also create a fully-scheduled day plan with timings and other detailed information to hand out to the suppliers. We can also manage your budget, your guest list, from invitation mailing to RSVPs, and create a table plan too, if required.
Finally, if you wish, Bridget can be quietly working behind the scenes trouble-shooting and dealing with any enquiries by you, your guests and your suppliers.
