About Bridget Stott

Working as both an in-house and freelance consumer PR consultant and events organiser since 1996, I've gained recognition for delivering great stories and original angles about my clients to key journalists in radio, international, national and regional newspapers and glossy magazines at just the right time.

I've also been working as a freelance design and travel writer since 1998, for national newspapers and monthly magazines. By combining pr and freelance writing means I have an insider track on what editors are after, know what makes a good story angle, understand and can advise on photography and have a huge list of contacts and long-lasting friendships within the media.

Educated in the UK and in New Zealand, I attended Auckland University and then Bristol Polytechnic, where I read Law. On graduating, I worked for some of London's top agencies including Weber Shandwick, Nexus Choat, Lexis, BGB Needham, and also in-house at Virgin.net. Clients included Wrigley, Lego, Virgin.net, Miele, Centura Foods, Whitbread and Nestle.

About Belinda Archer

I am a highly experienced freelance journalist and have been writing about travel, property and lifestyle since 1996. I contribute to a wide portfolio of publications, from the Financial Times to The Times, Conde Nast Traveller, Harper’s Bazaar and the Sunday Telegraph.

My journalism has given me an excellent nose for a story and for what sells, as well as a bulging little black book of top contacts, and my freelance experience has meant that I have forged strong relations with key editors across all the leading newspapers and magazines.

In addition to my journalism I also have extensive PR experience, working both in-house and on a freelance basis for a broad range of clients including top 10 advertising agencies, luxury ski chalets, a major design company and a multi award-winning music video production company.
