Piece of Cake is a small public relations and events agency, so small in fact that it consists of just two permanent members of staff: Bridget Stott and Belinda Archer. We are both highly experienced travel and lifestyle journalists and consumer PR consultants offering creative, versatile and carefully tailored campaigns to drive your media relations, business communications objectives, publicity or event forward.
